Every new client begins with a comprehensive 30-minute assessment. We evaluate strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and body composition to build a complete picture of where you are today.
Step 3: Personalized Training Plan
Based on your results, we build a training plan designed specifically for you. As you progress, the plan adapts with you.
