First XI Fitness is a coach-led strength and conditioning gym. We help adults get stronger, move better, and feel confident in their bodies, and we help youth athletes train with purpose as they pursue performance goals, scholarships, and long-term health.

- Youth athletes: speed, strength, durability, and confidence for sport

Davis has spent over a decade in strength and conditioning, helping hundreds of clients and collegiate athletes reach their fitness and performance goals. He holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Ball State University and a Master's in Sport Coaching from the University of Denver.
